Before ADAPT Distribution, Zackary Lachance has been in the community of Red Deer since 2007. Moving into the oilfield after high school into a floor hand position with a local service rig company, he gained his expertise and experience on and off the floor. Since then, Zack has worked his way up the ladder in the supply chain industry with over 15 years of experience handling oilfield & industrial products. Being a father, wanting to give back to his family and community, starting the company was his goal. He believes that the success of relationships hinges on integrity and effective communication. With both core values, future goals of exceeding can be met and maintained.
